Once the app is installed, complete the integration by installing Channel Talk from the Imweb App Store. Immediately after the integration, unanswered inquiries posted on Imweb boards within the last two days are imported into User Chat, and from then on, new inquiries are automatically pulled in every 15 minutes. You can disconnect the integration on a per-board basis, or click a button to import all past unanswered inquiries at once.
